Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Simon Gardening.
Quotations
All quotes are free and without obligation.
Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once a date has been agreed and confirmation has been received.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to:

Severe weather
-
Unsafe working conditions
-
Circumstances beyond our control
-
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Access to the property
The client must ensure safe and clear access to the work area.
If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, the visit may be chargeable.
For jet washing services, access to an outdoor water supply is required.
Waste removal
Green waste removal will be agreed in advance as part of the quotation.
Materials
Where materials are required, this will be clearly stated in the quote.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.
Regular maintenance services
For ongoing garden maintenance:

Visits are scheduled in advance

Missed visits due to lack of access may be chargeable

Prices may be reviewed periodically
Liability
We are fully insured and take all reasonable care while working on your property.
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing issues in the garden
-
Hidden underground services
-
Damage caused by extreme weather after completion
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any work carried out, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
